margaret maloy tremba
Margaret Maloy Tremba is a 1983 graduate of Seton Hill College, and she graduated from Duquesne University Law School in 1986. She was an associate for the law firm of Mansman, Cindrich and Titus until the Fall of 1991. In September of 1991, she opened her own practice in Greensburg. Ms. Tremba is the founding member at Tremba, Kinney, Greiner & Kerr, LLC.
Prior to opening her practice, Ms. Tremba practiced for five years in criminal, commercial litigation, and health care sections in Pittsburgh. In addition to over twenty years of litigation experience, Ms. Tremba has also been employed as a part-time instructor of Business Law at the New Kensington Campus of Penn State University. She has been admitted into practice in the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Her areas of focus at Tremba, Kinney, Greiner & Kerr, LLC include commercial litigation, civil litigation, domestic law, general corporate representation, banking, and real estate law. In May of 2003, Ms. Tremba completed Mediation training and engaged in the mediation of domestic matters. In addition, in February of 2014, she completed the necessary requirements to train and educate mediators.
Ms. Tremba is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America; a founding member and Vice President of the Westmoreland Mediation Academy; the Westmoreland Academy of Trial Lawyers; the Westmoreland County Bar Association; the Allegheny County Bar Association; Fayette County Bar Association; and the Ned J. Nakles American Inn of Court, as Master status; and she is a member of the Women's Presidents' Organization, Seton Hill Chapter.
